There is a $125.00 registration fee for the ADSS match.

Please use the below form to REQUEST registration for the ADSS event.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Steps 1 thru 5

#1 – REQUEST REGISTRATION Information

Due to the nature of the ADSS match and the fact it is limited to individuals with disabilities you will have to contact ADSS through this REQUEST registration form before registration information can be sent to you.

#2 – REQUEST for REGISTRATION will be processed through ADSS.
Nothing for participant to do.

#3 – ADSS approves/disapproves Registration
Nothing for participant to do.

#4 – Upon Registration approval – ADSS will forward actual Registration information directly to the participant.

#5 – Upon receiving Registration link, participant will then REGISTER with Practiscore.

Once ADSS receives your information we will verify your qualifications than you will receive via email a link so that you might register for the ADSS match with Practiscore the official registrar for the event.
